Pre-Planning Advice
- We can provide initial planning advice on planning opportunities and the potential for planning consent and an assessment of risks.
First Stage Appraisals
- We can undertake planning appraisals of potential development opportunities. This includes a review of planning history and relevant planning policies; advice on Development Plan compliance or otherwise, and culminates in a a written report including a strategy for planning promotion; including an assessment of the potential risks involved.
Pre-Application Planning Advice
- We can co-ordinate and prepare pre-application proposals and engage with Council Planning Officers to informally discuss planning proposals and assess likely chances of success and risks and agree technical information to support planning applications.
