Preparation, Submission and Management of Planning Applications
We can provide a full planning application service from project inception through to decision, including:
- Client support and engagement to ensure planning applications meet client expectations;
- Project management of planning application process, including engagement/liaison with technical consultants, architects and designers;
- Collation of technical material to support planning applications;
- Preparation of planning documents to support planning applications, including Planning Statements/Briefs/Design and Access Statements. These include description of proposals; planning history and policy review; design evolution, performance against planning policies and material considerations; summary of technical information and set out the case for development;
- Engagement/liaison with Council Planning Officers and statutory consultees;
- Preparation and submission of planning application and supporting material (via Planning Portal or other means);
- Post submission planning work including dealing with objections and appearing at Planning Committee; and
- Post Planning Committee work, including advising on planning conditions and planning input into S106 legal Agreements.
